Cavedoni Balsamic Condiments are made from specially selected Trebbiano grapes from Castelvetro. The grapes are pressed carefully, and the resulting must is cooked slowly over a naked flame. The condiment is then aged for many years, maturing and becoming concentrated in wooden barrels of various essences (oak, chestnut, mulberry, juniper).
